Nice clean store, good range. Just an incredibly RUDE and grouchy younger woman at the register. I asked if they stocked COVID tests and snapped back like she was ready to fight me. Then didn't tell me about the free gift with purchase, I had to remind her and she looked ready to argue about that too. I'm not telling you to smile, just to chill out a bit and don't be rude to customers who aren't being rude to you....
Clueless, rude staff. Placed a click and collect order online. Picked up my order and it was not exactly what I had paid. Returned to store to be advised that they did not have in stock what I had ordered. Drove all the way there for nothing. Looks like the staff pick and pack whatever they like instead of cancelling the order. Do not recommend, other local chemists have way better staff and prices!!!
Young male staff member is clueless. Paid with gift card and said I can't apply my priceline membership. His exact words were "It wouldn't have made a difference anyways."

Staff are nice, shelves are well stocked
I don’t normally write reviews but the customer service here was appalling! Wanted to buy a product ($15) that had stains and marks all over it and asked for a 10% discount and they refused to give a discount and argued with me for 5 minutes. They claimed it was ‘normal’ for there to be stains all over it. Plus that was the manager. Didn’t buy the item, left and not going back anytime soon that’s for sure
It's fine for what it is. Small selection in make up and the lack of an actual chemist knock it down two points though. It seems to be lacking in cosmetic products across the board - meaning you should probably avoid the place if you have niche issues you wish to address.
If you're just looking to pick up some decent hair care products and perfume however, the place is serviceable.
